Safe Harbor Crisis Center
The first and only domestic violence and sexual assault service provider in Davis County, Utah. Founded in 1994 by a small group of women who recognized a desperate need for survivor support, Safe Harbor has grown into a lifeline for individuals and families escaping abuse.
For more than 30 years, they have provided safety, compassion, and the resources necessary to rebuild lives—free from violence and fear.
Through comprehensive, wrap-around services, Safe Harbor offers:
❱ 24/7 Crisis Hotline – Immediate, confidential help when it’s needed most
❱ Advocacy Services – Guidance and support navigating legal, medical, and housing systems
❱ Therapy Programs – Healing-focused counseling for individuals, families, and children
❱ Emergency Shelter – A safe haven for survivors in immediate danger
❱ Transitional Housing & Housing Assistance – Support for survivors as they rebuild independence
❱ Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program (SANE) – Specialized care and evidence collection for survivors of sexual assault
In 2024 alone, Safe Harbor served more than 2,700 individuals, each with a story of resilience and hope. Their mission is clear: to end the cycle of abuse and provide every survivor with the chance to live a safe, empowered life.
